Whippedchoco’s Splatoon Commissions Terms of Service 2025

Firstly, thanks for showing interest :)

These ToS (Terms of Service) are subject to change without notice

Upon deposit, the client (You) agree to my ToS

1. The Artist
   • I retain rights and copyright to the commissioned piece for personal use like social media and portfolios
   • I may refuse any commission for any reason
2. The Client/Commissioner (you)
   • Clients can ask about the commission progress at any time
   • Clients can ask to cancel/refund at any time. Cancellation/refunds will vary depending on the completion status of the commission - See Cancel/Refunds
   • Clients can use the finished commission as a profile icon and post it to social media with or without credit
   • Clients do NOT have permission to use commissions for profit or commercial use
   • Clients are obligated to let the artist know if the commission is for a thumbnail
3. Payment
   • All payments will be through PayPal and in CAD
   • After sharing commission details, payment can either be made in full upfront or 50% of payment upfront to confirm your slot and the other 50% once the sketch is approved by the client (Small revisions are done during the sketch approval stage - revisions during the lineart process will be +15% ($) and only colour corrections will be available during the colouring and rendering process)
   • Commissioners may only receive their completed piece once the total payment is received.
4. Cancel/Refunds
   • Cancellation is always available before payment
   • Full refunds are available if I have NOT begun progress on the commission.
   • Only an 85% refund is available if the sketch revisions stage started
   • Only a 50% refund is available if the colouring process has started
   • No refunds are available after the rendering process has started or if the piece is complete
5. Other…
   • Please provide any references you may have
   • Commissions can take 2 days to 4 weeks to complete depending on complexity - progress updates will be given regardless
   • If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission due to something unforeseen clients will get a 100% refund
   • Once the commission is complete I will send you the link to the file on Google Drive at 300DPI in an agreed-upon format (PNG, JPEG etc)
   • My commissions MAY NOT be used for any AI or NFT purposes
